This afternoon, we placed the inaugural trades for The Trading Club in our $100,000 account, and wanted to update you on the official trades and prices we received.
The exact option strike prices we selected, as well as the prices we received, have changed from the original recommendations published in the first issue we sent on May 29. As we mentioned in that issue, our actual trading positions are subject to change from the initial recommendations made in each issue, based on changing market conditions.
This is due to the fact that we aim to provide you with the original trading ideas before we place them, so that you can take advantage of the opportunities before we act on them. But given the fluctuations in market prices between the time we publish the original ideas and the time we place the trades, we reserve the right to adjust the actual trades at our discretion.
For investors who already placed the trades based on our original recommendations, this is perfectly fine. These are still valid recommendations.

In total, we sold eight put options on the stocks mentioned in the original issue, and received $4,140.80 in premiums and spent $1,328.40 on the BTI call options, with all trades and prices shown below:

Please note, we also have one “open” trade: the sale of the PepsiCo (PEP) $130 strike put option expiring on August 15, 2025, with a “good until canceled” limit order placed at $5.70 per contract. We also discussed the rationale for placing this trade in the video that will be released on Monday.
